This is Charis—bringing joyful enthusiasm and sparkling positivity to every session she leads. Whether it’s an exercise intensive or a spiritual mindfulness practice, Charis sweeps you into a world of adventure and challenge for both body and mind, coaching you into self-belief and confidence… all while keeping things thoroughly entertaining!

With a love for the details, each session she designs is thoughtfully balanced and holistically structured. You’ll soon find her hosting retreats, workshops, and events at The Nest, refreshing your energy and inspiring you to live more unapologetically.

Also a barre, classical Pilates, Qi-Gong coach, and ballroom dancer, Charis draws on the deep conditioning of the musical world and the mindful connection of the spiritual world. Her 7 years in health and social care, combined with 4 years in Exercise to Music and Fitness, allow her to weave compassionate care with disciplined coaching.
