🧘A 4-Class Yoga Course for GCSE & A-Level Students
Every other Tuesday | 5:30–6:30pm
Starting 10th February
£35 for the full course (4 classes over 8 weeks)
Exams, revision, social pressure, family expectations, future decisions being a teenager today is a lot.
This four-class yoga course is designed especially for older teens and young adults navigating GCSEs, A-Levels and college, offering practical tools to manage stress, calm the mind and feel more grounded during a demanding time 🌿
Yoga teaches skills rarely covered at school:
how to regulate the nervous system, cope with pressure, move through emotions and find calm when everything feels overwhelming
These sessions provide a supportive, non-judgemental space to slow down, breathe, move and reset both physically and mentally
What to Expect:
• Gentle, accessible yoga
• Mindful movement and flowing sequences
• Breathing techniques for focus & easing anxiety
• Simple ways to release stress held in the body
• Light core work for posture, confidence & stability
• Time to pause, unwind and feel grounded
No previous yoga experience needed.
