Great day yesterday working with this lovely team of therapists from Restore Scar Therapy and Dans Fund For Burns giving scar therapy treatments to burn survivors. I finished the day exhausted but happy to be doing my bit to get the word out about scar therapy! So many people don't know that there is help out there for problematic scar tissue and just put up with pain and discomfort. If you know anyone struggling with scars of any kind please pass on my details or get them to look up the restore directory to find a therapist in their area.

I'm back to work today sporting my lovely new birthday earrings from Rocci Pearson and feeling very grateful that I have a job that I am actually happy to be going back to after a month off! September is looking pretty busy with a bit of work for Dans Fund For Burns (more info coming later) and a yoga retreat with The Rocci Tree alongside all of my usual stuff... exciting times!

Very much enjoying reading this excellent book from The 360 Mama and not just because I'm in my hammock in the sunshine!
