So it didn’t happen straight away, possibly because I turned 40 in lockdown. But recently everyone seems to want to remind me of my middle age! Even my social media feeds are full of advice on the menopause and adds for hormone supplements 😩. Yes I creak a bit more in the mornings and I’ve learned the value of a nap at the weekend but my energy is still young and fresh! Even as my body ages my vibrations shall remain high. I am light, I am love, I am not a number 💕
