New research from Slimming World shows that our members aged 18-34 see weight loss results that go way beyond the scales! As well as losing a significant amount of weight – around 12% of their body weight – they’re gaining a healthier relationship with food, improving their mental wellbeing and discovering a whole new sense of community 🤗.

It's the start of possibly the busiest week of the year and I just wanted to post this for all you members out there who are 'thinking' of coming back to Slimming World in January. We have a new pack and some very exciting changes to the plan.
I know how easy it is for us to say, I haven't been in ages, and I have put all the weight I lost back on, I have rejoined so many times now, I feel ashamed and worried that I will be judged.
These feelings are what keep us away but I really want to assure you in our group you will be welcomed back with a smile and open arms like you're an old friend. And most importantly there is no shame, blame or humiliation
