Due to being let down last minute MCU Ltd is currently looking for a Reinstatement Team or Operative to complete our slab, block and concrete works based in Kent.
Van and tools supplied. MUST be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol test and be prepared to have random testing!
This is for ongoing long term contracts.

Required Qualifications
NRSWA units 1-7
Full clean driving licence
HSG47 Cat and Genny
First Aid
Fire safety
Manual Handling
Asbestos awareness
SGEA Gas (not essential)

Immediate start with the ability to turn up and work 5/6 days a week!

This year we have the additional element of "Principal Contractor" as well as "Contractor" MCU Ltd your one stop shop for all Utility work! From Design, Planning to Delivery, managing your project, cradle to grave. 💪

We are currently recruiting for the following positions.

Digging/reinstatement Team to complete Block paving, slabbing, concrete works. In addition to this there will be an opportunity to progress in to the gas and enter a training program to eventually become a gas mains/service layer.

Supervision for our Gas and Multi Utility works.
All relevant qualifications required for both rolls NRSWA, SCO, First Aid, Manual Handling, DBS, etc.

Ideally based in or around Ashford for works in Kent.
Rates of pay dependant on experience and qualifications.

We are currently working on a water project in SE London and were requested by our Client to investigate a water leak on someone else's work on the same site as they had denied any wrongdoing! We have now discovered 3 leaks on their work and today discovered workmanship that I don't believe seen anything so bad!! From 180mm couplers touching each other to branch saddles fitted to protectaline where the protection has not been stripped off. They are still among us!!

Back in September we were proud to be involved in the Heart of Kent Hospice Charity Auction with the Shaun the Sheep and friends. MCU Ltd were successful in bidding and winning Hive Talking with the artwork being completed by Jill Busby Art. Here at MCU we feel this was a great purchase supporting a great Local Charity.
