Spring equinox yoga and massage workshop. Saturday 23 March from 10am-12noon.

Come along and join Lesley Campbell Massage and me for a special morning of yoga, Indian head massage and herbal teas to celebrate the official arrival of spring.

The event is taking place in Campsie memorial hall and tickets are £20 each.

We’ve only got a few tickets left and it’s going to be a great morning.

I am really excited to be teaming up with Lesley Campbell Massage for a morning of yoga and massage to celebrate the Spring equinox on Saturday 23 March from 10am-12noon.

Happy New Year everyone! I hope 2024 is a prosperous one for you :)

For those of you who have booked a space in the January yoga block, it will start this Sunday morning at 10am at the Campsie Memorial Hall. Please note this block is fully booked, so only come along if you have secured a space.

There will be a non-coached run, leaving the hall at 9am and lasting approximately 40minutes. All levels welcome - get your year off to a healthy start.

Mats will be provided but please bring your own if you have one. Please bring warm clothes and/or a blanket for the end of class too.

New for January 2024!

A 6 week yoga class block, taking place on Sunday mornings 10-11am in the Campsie Memorial Hall.

Dates:
Sunday 7 Jan
Sunday 14 Jan
Sunday 21 Jan
Sunday 28 Jan
Sunday 4 Feb
Sunday 11 Feb

An optional 45 minute non-coached jog will take place before each class, leaving from outside the hall at 9am. All levels welcome.

Yoga suitable for all levels. Mats will be provided but please bring your own if you have one.

Price for the 6 week block is £48. If you want to secure a place please DM me or send me a message/WhatsApp on 07725 638 246.

There are limited spaces available - spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

You’ll need somewhere comfortable where you can lie down without being disturbed, comfortable clothes and a blanket.
