Today we had the pleasure of welcoming Dean Beadle for an in house talk with our staff team.

Dean is a UK-based autistic speaker, journalist, and performer with over 20 years of experience delivering talks around the world. He shared his lived experience, along with practical insight. The session gave us the chance to reflect on our own practice and think about how we can keep improving the support we provide.

It was an engaging and thoughtful session, and we are grateful to Dean for taking the time to work with our team. Thank you as well to our staff for taking part and getting involved.

It has been lovely to see so many smiles, laughs, and moments of enjoyment as the people we support have taken part in Christmas activities over the past few weeks 😊🎄 These moments really matter 💙

A lovely lunchtime get-together celebrating our Christmas staff meal. Great food, good company, and a well deserved chance to take a break together.

Thank you to every one of you for the hard work, commitment, and care you give throughout the year. It really is appreciated.

We were also very pleased to have two special guests join us, which made the lunch even more special. 🎄🥂
