Here at StillMind, we use a mindfulness approach to help reduce stress and anxiety and to encourage and nurture a feeling of peace and inner calm into our everyday lives.
Using mindfulness, meditation and breathwork, we help people bring some calm and order back into their minds and lives to help combat our busy world with all it’s demands.
We are friendly and approachable, with a good sense of responsibility and confidentiality. We offer bespoke online one-to-one sessions, classes with a different focus each week, and short meditations for adults and meditation stories for children.
