Sacha's Holistics Hello, I'd like to wish you a warm welcome to Sacha's Holistics. Sacha's Holistics aims to offer quality, remedial holistic therapies to everyone.

Sacha's Holistics is a family business that is run by a Mother and Daughter team. Sacha and Rowan Morris are professional, fully qualified and insured Holistic Therapists, between them they have 12 years experience. Both therapists have undergone intensive specialist training in Holistic Therapies to be able to offer the best experience possible for their clients. Our aim at Sacha’s Holistics is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere where people of any shape or size can improve their well-being.

It has been way too long since I've done one of these! πŸ₯°

To spread a bit of positivity now we're getting back to things after a rubbish few years, I've decided to give away a 45 minute treatment!

Please nominate a friend who you think could really do with treat or a pick-me-up! Let me know what amazing things they've been up to and why you'd like to nominate them ❀️

Either comment on this post or message the page (if you'd prefer to keep it private). I'll choose someone in a week or so's time but I'm thinking of making this a monthly thing, if all goes well!

The diary is pretty busy and I have limited evening availability so I'll try my best to get them an appointment as soon as possible but there might be a bit of a wait. We don't offer weekends so if they can't make an appointment in the week at all, I will unfortunately have to choose someone else :( this is for a massage or indian head appointment with Rowan only.

Hello everyone, just thought we'd pop on here and give you all a bit of an update

Firstly apologies we've not been very active recently. We very unexpectedly lost Gareth, Sacha's brother, in mid November which was a huge shock to us all. Having also lost Sacha's Dad, Mum and Freya within the last two years, along with Sacha's heart failure diagnosis, it has honestly been a very tough time for us all.

So a huge thank you to everyone for your patience with us as we've had to cancel or move appointments and huge apologies that we have not been the most responsive to messages/calls.

Some happier news is that Sacha is now officially out of heart failure and is physically starting to feel much better!

We are starting to gently ease ourselves back into working properly, meaning we'll have increased availability and spaces for new clients opening back up soon.

Even better news is that Sacha is hoping to slowly re-introduce massage to her books! She'll only have limited availability for massage but will be able to offer more appointments Reflexology too.

We might even have some special offers coming up for you soon...

It is with great sadness that I have to write this post.

Unfortunately after 14 years I've had to make the decision to step down from massaging. As most of you know I've not been very well recently, I've tried to continue on but my heart is only working at 30% and massage has become too much of a struggle to continue.

I have a few procedures booked in the next few months so hoping to be feeling better soon but I've accepted it's time to stop massaging.

I will still be offering appointments for Reflexology on Fridays going forward and I'm excited to shift my focus to this lovely treatment.

I would like to thank each and everyone of you for the love and support over the years. I've had such a great career which has been supported by some wonderful people and I am so grateful.

I'll be continuing on as normal next week but after the 14th I'll no longer be massaging. If you have an appointment booked after this date, I'll be in contact soon. Rowan is carrying on as normal and will continue to offer her normal range of treatments.

Based upstairs at Grafton House on Burgess Street, the room will be available 3 days a week for Β£150 per month.

We can offer use of the therapy room along with a backroom that contains a sink. There's a shared bathroom available and parking just behind at Central car park.

Hi everyone,

We'd like to start by thanking everyone for their patience these last few months and apologise as we haven't been on top of replying to messages or scheduling appointments - so we're very sorry if you've been waiting to hear off of us or have had your appointment cancelled/moved.

To be entirely honest, its been a rough few months and to top it off, Sacha hasn't been very well since January. She's been suffering with some heart issues which has made it really difficult to continue massaging. Hopefully we're now getting on top of this after a few trips to emergency care this week and she'll be feeling better soon.

We hope to be back in full force soon but really appreciate the extra patience and support in the meantime. Thank you all so much!
