Ever thought about turning your experience into impact?

We’re looking for a Clinical Training & Operations Practitioner to join our team in Leominster.

This is a role for someone who:

✔ enjoys helping others grow

✔ likes staying hands-on, not stuck behind a desk

✔ believes good training should be practical, not PowerPoint-heavy

You don’t have to be a paramedic, if you’ve got solid experience in emergency care, healthcare, response or safety, and you enjoy sharing what you know, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

Teach first aid and safety courses

Build learners’ confidence, not just tick boxes

Stay operational through event medical work

Be part of a friendly, professional team that actually supports each other

Be Prepared for Workplace Emergencies! Workplace accidents can happen anytime. 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝?
Each month, take 5 minutes to check your first-aid kit and AED:
𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐀𝐢𝐝 𝐊𝐢𝐭: Ensure all supplies are present and not expired. Check for any damaged or worn items.
𝐀𝐄𝐃: Verify the unit is operational and in date pads. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions for specific checks.

🎄 Before the big night… even Santa checks his CPR skills 🎅

That’s us officially wrapped up for Christmas.

Our offices are now closed, and all training for 2025 is complete.

As we put the manikins away and hang up the festive jumpers, we just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who’s supported Marches Group this year, whether you’ve joined us on a course, shared a post, left a comment, or quietly followed along.

We’re hugely grateful to work with such brilliant people and organisations, and we love being part of a community that genuinely cares about learning skills that matter.

We’ll be back in the New Year, rested, recharged, and ready to go again.

We’re looking for freelance trainers with real-world experience, ideally from a blue light background, who know how to bring a subject to life.

Minimum requirement: 2+ years of hands-on experience in the subject you teach.

At our core, we’re about sharing skills, telling real stories, and inspiring confidence...........not death by PowerPoint.

A lovely way to round off our final Emergency First Aid open course of 2025.

Delivered by our paramedic instructor Darren, the day was full of energy, hands-on practice, and plenty of laughter (usually at Darren’s expense).
