Sunday 12th October 2025 RETREAT

I am hosting a special retreat day at Crossbrook Farm near Bromsgrove.

Enjoyed giving these ladies small group hypnotherapy sessions yesterday at the glorious Crossbrook Farm . Each group chose to have a session on confidence, weight control or relaxation. I had a free morning this morning, and a timely reminder from a friend ( thank you Jules) about how walking is important for body and mind, made me get up and enjoy the glorious Herefordshire countryside. Its the simple things that can often give us the most pleasure.

School's broken up for most children now so naturally I am starting to see more children suffering from anxiety and various life limiting addictions.

Hypnotherapy can help turn down intense emotions and allow your child to be calmer with more self confidence and happier.

The NHS are finally recognising the benefits of hypnotherapy and advertising a hypnotherapy job vacancy within their Manchester Uni hospital, specifically working with IBS patients.

Having successfully treated sufferers I understand how rapid a transformation is possible using hypnotherapy. The gut brain relationship is complex but fascinating and I truly enjoy helping people heal.
