Butterflies have been more scarce each year, so we hoped to boost numbers in a small way in our meadow. We celebrated National Teddy Bear Day: September 9th with residents swapping stories about childhood toys and sharing the love.

Had a lovely trip into Leominster thanks to the volunteers Tenbury Transport Trust .The residents liked getting bits from the market and Mary enjoyed a much anticipated Guinness !

We cant believe its September already! Feeling a bit Autumnal and as it was zero waste week we created some tea light holders out of jam jars to use when the nights draw in.

To celebrate international dogs day we made some healthy snacks for our furry visitors whom we love to see.

You could feel the love in the room when Maxine Moxam came to sing for us!
The residents and staff enjoyed interacting with her and said that she definitely has to come again!

This years fruit has been abundant and we decided to try and make some juice with our apples . The residents enjoyed watching the process and joining in. They thought it was very tasty so next year we shall attempt cider making!
