So spending the weekend on in the forest with holding the space, was amazing. ✨

Getting back to nature, digital detox, soul food, connecting with likeminded women, meditation, incense making, journaling, walking, talking, silence, drumming, sharing, laughing, crying, inspiring, healing. 🌻

I spent this weekend in the forest with 7 incredible women🌿
held space for the most beautiful and powerful healing experience. I cannot find the words to fully express what this weekend held🥰
I have come away with a full, grateful, and open heart 💖
Also with the knowledge that I can rough camp and get back to basics🙌
