Wow 😮 what can we say but a massive THANKYOU to everyone who attended our coffee morning. A Massive £1,026.90 was raised for MacMillan Cancer Support. A hugh thankyou to all local businesses and the local community that contributed and donated prizes for the raffles. Thankyou to all the ladies for helping in the kitchen from baking to setting tables and the team at Foutain hall. And we cannot forget oor Susan whom yet again went above and beyond. And last but not least to you. Without you this would have never happened, give yourself a a massive pat on the back.

Golden Funeral care in Partnership with Patersons Memorials. We now have our memorial Garden in place at our office in Lesmahagow. This is giving families more opportunity to create a fitting tribute to your loved one. Some of our staff attended Lesmahagow juniors football club annual Sportsmans banquet on Saturday night. What a great night they had. The company, meal, and speakers were all outstanding, thank you to everyone in Lesmahagow Juniors, and we look forward to next years, and wish you all the very best from everyone at Golden Funeral Care.

Golden Funeral Care are holding a coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. This will be held in The Fountainhall, Lesmahagow on Friday 26th September 2025 from 10am-12.00pm. Tickets are available from Golden Funeral Care,and from Fountainhall priced at £3.00.
There will also be a raffle so if anyone would like to donate raffle prizes it would be greatly appreciated, these can either be hand delivered to Golden Funeral Care or we can arrange collection . All proceeds from event will be forwarded onto macmillan cancer support.

On behalf of all At Golden funeral Care, we would like to say a massive thankyou to Hollandbush Golf Club for there hospitality received by Mark, Scott, Greg and Martin on Saturday. Also a huge thanks to the them for forming the team to represent Golden Funeral care. We hope this is the start of a great friendship between the golf club and ourselves and look forward to many more years of being able to sponsor events like this one. We thank you all.

Last Friday we had our Open Evening and can’t believe the turnout we got, we were absolutely blown away with the support from the local community and also surrounding areas, the support we have received has been incredible. We would also like to take this opportunity to pass on our thanks to Irene, Susan, Joyce and Helen for their continued support with catering and help on the evening, also a special thanks to Helen Duffy of Coalburn Parish Church for the blessing done on the new premises and staff, and more importantly everyone that turned up in such large numbers. And as always to Paterson Memorials and Katie of Words and Wishes Larkhall for their continued support and helping our families with outstanding service. We thank you all.
