I've been asked by a few people recently about yoga classes so I decided to start a small weekly class in a very nice studio in Letchworth.

I'm a trained 500 hour Viniyoga teacher and also a trained Yoga Therapist. I have around 5 years teaching experience both in classes and Yoga Therapy.

If you want to come to a class that you can do, enjoy and feel better for, then come along. No complicated postures or hard to flows.

I will teach you how to breathe and move in yoga so that you can heal and optimise your health.
