That we need to take charge of our own health rather than relying on a broken health system which is not serving our best interests. I teach women how to feel amazing in their bodies post 40 using simple daily lifestyle habits. I coach women not only on health but limiting mindsets so they can create their best lives. I can also use drumming and shamanic quests to help resolve spiritual issues effecting my clients. Holistic, Simple, Realistic, Do-Able.
