A couple of weeks into 2024 and I’m already getting some fantastic results from new and old clients alike. It makes me smile setting goals and targets with them, but what makes me happy is day in day out seeing the graft and effort that sees them start pushing the boundaries and setting new PBs. It doesn’t always have to be about lifting weight but on this occasion deadlifting the equivalent weight of a couple of fully grown adults was done to achieve this PB.
It doesn’t matter what your goals are as long as you remember every time you push and apply yourself and achieve more than you did last time out you’re a That’s why PBs and goals are so important, everytime you you and should you not be successful every occasion your PB still remains the best, and it’s your best, not anyone else’s and no one can make that record any less important to you. Stop looking at what everyone else is doing and start concentrating on what YOU are doing.
Two weeks in its now time to stop using excuses, time to stop venturing on blindly thinking that you’re “doing your best”, get some support, and, actually put some conviction into “being your best”
