This 6 week course focuses on supporting the body to move well in everyday life by developing balance, control and strength in a safe, considered way. Using The Pilates Method, sessions emphasise alignment, breath and core stability, helping to improve posture, joint health and efficient movement patterns.
Exercises are taught clearly and progressively, with options offered to suit individual needs. The class supports coordination and confidence in movement, making it suitable for those looking to move more comfortably, manage stiffness and build long-term functional strength.
