Join us for our next Meditation on Twin Hearts session on Monday 21st July, from 7:00 to 8:00pm.

These guided meditations take place on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month and are £5, payable on the day.

Research shows that regular practice can significantly reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration, and support both emotional and physical wellbeing. It is now being used by the NHS and UK businesses as part of staff wellbeing initiatives.

Created by Master Choa Kok Sui, founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, this meditation is practiced in 126 countries to help release stress, negative thoughts, and emotional tension.

After the meditation, a limited number of 15-minute Pranic Healing sessions will be available from 8:00 to 8:30pm.

Pranic Healing offers a range of benefits that support both physical and emotional wellbeing. It can help reduce stress and anxiety by cleansing the body’s energy system and removing blockages that contribute to emotional imbalance. The practice can accelerate physical healing by energising the body’s natural recovery processes, making it helpful for those dealing with illness, injury, or fatigue. Emotionally, it promotes greater stability and peace by clearing negative thoughts and emotions. Many people also report improved focus, mental clarity, and better decision-making as a result of regular sessions. Pranic Healing works to balance the body’s energy levels, restoring vitality and harmony across the system.

While it does not replace conventional medical care, it complements other treatments and supports holistic wellness. As a non-touch, non-invasive technique, it is safe and accessible for people of all ages.

Come and meet the Happy Little Yogi characters and explore the world of animal poses, playful movement, and mindful fun. This is a joyful class where children and parents can stretch, breathe, and connect together.

We’ll blow bubbles with the animals while learning simple breathing techniques, balance like flamingos, and move like tigers. There’s music time too, with drums, shakers, and singing bowls that invite creativity and rhythm into the room.

As we wind down, we’ll practice our Happy Little Yogi meditation, Sa Ta Na Ma, and drift into a gentle relaxation with Sensory Magic.

It’s a beautiful way to share calm, connection, and a little yoga joy—while helping your child build body awareness, emotional balance, and a happy head space.

Join us this Friday for a deeply calming Sound Bath led by George, an award-winning musician and experienced sound healer.

A Sound Bath is a form of sound healing where you simply lie back, relax, and allow waves of soothing sound to guide your body and mind into a state of deep rest and release. Using a range of instruments and tones, George creates an immersive experience designed to support emotional balance, reduce stress, and promote physical and mental wellbeing.

Participants often report better sleep, reduced anxiety, pain relief, emotional release, and a greater sense of inner peace.

George draws on a rich background in classical music, global traditions, and meditation. His sessions offer a safe, supportive space for you to relax, let go, and reconnect with yourself.

Mira Schauble brings over 35 years of experience in dance, movement, and healing.
