Councillor Madam Parveen Rani made a humble visit on Wednesday 28th January 2026 to see how we were doing in the community. It was a huge encouragement for our work in the community. We appreciate her thoughts for innovation and advancement of our community contributions. She would like us to be more known to wider community and work together to improve the mental health, growth and cohesion. She has a very kind heart and genuinely wanted to do something outstanding to make the society better. A wonderful opportunity to meet BNI Business Community of Endeavour Ware Chapter. Mr Gary Burt introduced our community services to the members of the Business community of BNI Ware Chapter on Thursday 22nd January 2026. The meeting was held at the wonderful venue at Whitehill Golf Course Restaurant. We offered a Mindfulness Meditation Session and explained the teachings. All members received it very well and asked many good questions. We enjoyed exotic full English breakfast. Thank you all at BNI Ware Chapter members. You all are truly amazing and very nice nice group of people. They all support each others businesses to grow and work together. If you wish to grow your business, this is the best place you can visit with confidence.

Year 2 Welcome the Venerable Bhante Samitha Akurala

It has certainly been a week of inspiring and fascinating visitors within the Pre-Prep. On Wednesday afternoon, Mrs Littlewood’s classroom was transformed into a warm, inviting space with fluffy rugs and soft cushions arranged on the floor. Gentle lighting and relaxing nature sounds also helped set the scene. Welcoming their guest, the Venerable Bhante Samitha, a Buddhist Monk, the children were invited to join in with a guided breathing meditation, before listening as he shared fascinating insights into his Buddhist faith and the many symbols, and festivals, linked to it.

On Monday 08th December at 3.34PM burglars broke into Milton Keynes Vihara.
We managed to carefully handle the situation.
With the help of Thames Valley Police we caught one of them. Another is sill missing.

The suspect was in custody charged with burglary and sentenced to imprisonment for the foreseeable future.

Our planning and mission to catch them was successful. We managed to trap them inside the building.
We thank you to Thames Valley Police for their swift, efficient and outstanding service.

Be aware of thieves!

දෙසැම්බර් මස 08 වන සදුදා සවස 3.34ට මිල්ටන් කීන්ස් විහාරස්ථානයට හොරු පනී.
අපි සැලසුම් සහගතව තේම්ස් වැලී පොලීසියේ සහයෝගයෙන් හොරු කොටු කර ගැනීමට සමත් විය.
අපේ උත්සාහ සාර්ථකයි. අල්ලා ගත් හොරා සිර ගත කරණ ලදී.
අනිත් කෙනා තාම හැංගී ඇත.

මේ අවස්ථාවේ දී තේම්ස් වැලී පොලීසිය දැක්වූ කාර්යක්ෂම සහ විශිෂ්ඨ සහයෝගයට බෙහෙවින්ම ස්තූති වන්ත වෙමු.

who redered a yeoman Service being a long standing resident monk as the Spiritual Director of London Kingsbury International Buddhist Centre, a member of Sri Lankan Sangha Sabha (Monks Council) of United Kingdom, Chief Abbot of Kudauduva Bodhimalu Vihara and other temples in Sri Lanka and Former Director at Nalanda College University, passed away in London in the morning hours on Wednesday 03rd December 2025.
May he attain blissful Nibbana!
