Slowly getting back into cooking again with this traditional Zambian dish for my beautiful daughters. π₯£ Nsima is a type of cornmeal porridge made in Africa. It is also known as ngima, obusumanshima, Mieliepap, phutu, sadza, kwon and other names. It is sometimes made from other flours, such as millet or sorghum flour, and is sometimes mixed with cassava flour. I love to eat this with sea bass beacuse I don't eat meat I don't feel like I am missing out.
