September is peri-menopause awareness month.

How can Reiki assist you through this time? Often it is the unknown, the who do I ask questions to that can actually help or who will give me a hug when I really need one.

I would like to say this is aimed at woman 40+ but we all know or are someone where symptoms start earlier. The NICE guideline covers over 40 of these symptoms – you may suffer from a few or you may (like in my case) suffer from many of them.
I can’t cure but I can assist with regular Reiki sessions.

Showing you how to breathe when you need to take five minutes.

Listening to yourself and then giving yourself permission to let go of what you can’t change.

And I will always listen to you – this is your time.
