Proud to be representing the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists at the Fertility Show next weekend.

You’ll find me on the ARR stand F26, where I’ll be sharing how specialist reproductive reflexology can support both natural conception and assisted fertility treatment.

There’s still so much misunderstanding around reflexology in fertility care — it’s not just about relaxation. With carefully timed, evidence-informed protocols, reproductive reflexology can support hormone balance, ovulation, menstrual health, IVF preparation, and overall wellbeing during what can be an incredibly emotional journey.

The Fertility Show is such an important space for people exploring their path to parenthood, and I’m really looking forward to meeting, supporting, and speaking with lots of people over the weekend.

The shiny new website is now live!! Super excited to share this with you - new logo and website to mark the 10th year of Down to Earth Reflexology.

Special thanks go to all my clients who have supported me through the last decade, I feel truly blessed to have been trusted with their reflexology needs, whether that be for general wellbeing, conception, pregnancy, menopause or lymph drainage. Doing the work I love. Thank you.
