During the closure, the surgery is not open for routine queries. However, urgent care is maintained through dedicated GP and nurse support in the community, often arranged by the local Health and Social Care Partnership.

For urgent medical issues that cannot wait until the surgery reopens, patients are usually directed to 111 or a dedicated local urgent care service.
