You’re being offered the free flu vaccine this winter to help protect against the flu virus. While the vaccine doesn't protect against bird flu, it can reduce the risk of a new flu virus forming if you’re exposed to flu and bird flu at the same time.

With Bonfire Night approaching, it's important to know how to enjoy fireworks safely. If you're
using , stay safe by:-

🎇Never giving sparklers to a child under 5
🎇Supervising children with sparklers
🎇Wearing gloves
🎇Lighting sparklers one at a time
🎇Placing used sparklers in a tray of water to cool before disposing of them.
