We understand that not everyone wants a traditional funeral service.

At Brewsterwells Crematorium, we are now providing a short service which offers a simple and dignified way to say goodbye. A small number of family members/friends can be present, creating a quiet and personal moment together.

During the short service, three pieces of meaningful music can be played to reflect and remember — but there are no speeches or formal tributes, allowing the focus to remain on private reflection.

This option provides a respectful farewell without the formality of a traditional service, while still giving loved ones the opportunity to be there.

With Christmas approaching, We would like to offer the opportunity for families who have lost a loved one to place a remembrance tag on our Christmas Tree at Brewsterwells.
Please give us a call to arrange a suitable time, if you would like to write a tag. However we would also be happy to write a tag on your behalf if you are unable to attend.

💛CHARITY DONATIONS💛

We raised a HUGE amount of £14,105! From our membership to the Orthometals Recycling Scheme.

We would like to say a Massive THANK YOU to all 7 Local charities we donated to, for taking the time to come to Brewsterwells Crematorium to collect their donation.

It was pleasure to meet and speak to you all about the impact of your support to the local community!

Due to the storm last week we unfortunately have no power at the Crematorium. All services Monday and Tuesday this week have been cancelled. Any further updates will be posted.

All services are still going ahead tomorrow unless the Funeral Director has cancelled. We advise anyone to phone the Crematorium in the morning if you are unsure the service is going ahead.

Our local herd of Roe deer have discovered that they can have a Michelin Star breakfast free of charge by munching on our floral tributes. We are currently spraying all floral tributes that get left at the Crematorium with a repellent spray hoping that this alleviates the problem.
It would be ideal if you don’t wish to feed the deer to take your tributes back with you after the service as these tributes are a very expensive way to feed the local wildlife.
