Today was a busy and enjoyable day. In the morning, we spent time playing games and doing chair exercises, which kept everyone active and engaged. In the afternoon, we continued with more activities, making the day feel full and lively. The weather was so beautiful that we decided to go outside and enjoy some fresh air, which made the day even more special.

Today I accompanied a resident to a church service in St Andrews. Afterward, we enjoyed a gentle walk by the sea, taking in the fresh air and the peaceful views across the golf course. We then stopped for a coffee, where we had time to sit, chat, and connect. On the way back home, we treated ourselves to a lovely ice cream, which added a cheerful touch to the day.

Overall, the outing felt truly meaningful—calming, uplifting, and full of simple moments that brought comfort and enjoyment to the resident.

Today we did a variety of activities. It was really nice to talk together about the different holidays and places residents have travelled to. Everyone enjoyed sharing their experiences, and we finished the session with coffee and chocolate, which made it even more enjoyable.
