I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank senior management and families for your continued support during this period.

Most of all, I want to recognise and thank my amazing staff. Your loyalty, commitment, and professionalism have been outstanding. You have stood by our residents and by me since I took on the interim manager role, and your dedication has not gone unnoticed. It is because of you that our residents continue to receive the care and compassion they deserve so let’s continue into 2026 being the fabulous team you all are
