The Foot Bed Test is all you need!
A simple & effective way to assess if the shoes you (or someone else) wears are in fact good for your feet.
1: Grab yourself a piece of paper, lay it on the ground and draw an outline around your feet (give your toes a little wiggle before).
2: take out the shoe bed/liner from your most commonly worn shoe. Line up the heel area with the heel drawn keeping the insole in the middle of your outline. Note; not all liners come out so be sure you do not pull out a liner that’s not meant to be removed 😬
3: Draw around that foot bed/liner with a different coloured pen & take them away
⛔️If your feet fall outside of the foot liner/bed then your shoes are restricting your feet. The more extreme this is, the more restriction takes place.
⛔️ You may fit nicely within the shoe bed/liner but are your feet able to spread their toes are looking at your toes, are they squeezed together?
For fun, do the test again but before drawing around your feet, give them a little wiggle & perform the steps again 😊
