🧶Knitting with Kindness and Laughter! 🧶

Residents Linda and Marjorie spent a lovely afternoon knitting tiny hats for premature babies at Victoria Hospital—sharing warmth in every stitch!

Meanwhile, Lorna got creative with a special project of her own, crafting a headband for her daughter 🎀

The room was filled with laughter, chatter, and a beautiful sense of purpose.

👻🎨 Spooky Sculpting at Leven! 🎨👻

Residents Margaret, Marlyn, Albert, Ann, Gill and many others had a wonderfully creative time getting hands-on with clay modelling—crafting their very own Halloween ghosts!

Some got extra imaginative, designing their ghosts with a unique flair and spooky charm, while others simply enjoyed the joy of having a laugh together. 👻

A huge thank you to our brilliant colleagues for supporting such a fun and festive activity. These moments of creativity and connection are what make our care community so special!

🎨🪨 Fife Rocks at Leven Beach! 🪨🎨

Our residents had a brilliant time today getting creative and painting rocks for the Fife Rocks page! 💙

With brushes in hand and smiles all around, they decorated their masterpieces and then carefully hid them for someone — child or adult — to discover and enjoy. What a lovely way to spread joy in the community! 🌈✨

They did an amazing job and we’re so proud of their efforts. Well done, everyone! 👏

👧👦 Little Visitors, Big Smiles! 🏡💕

Our residents — Gill, Margaret, Ann, Barbara, Albert, Jane and David — absolutely loved welcoming a new group of children from our local Viewforth Nursery for another joyful intergenerational visit! 🌟

These special moments are always a huge hit, filling the home with laughter, energy and connection. It’s amazing how quickly the place goes from buzzing to beautifully calm once the little ones head off — and we’re already looking forward to their next visit! 🥰

🧠✨ Quiz Champions at Leven Beach! ✨🧠

Our brilliant Leven Beach Eggheads — George, David, Trevor, Jackie, Alison, Marjorie, David, Barbara and Marlyn — put their thinking caps on for a fun and challenging quiz!

It was a close competition, but the star of the show was Marlyn, who scored an impressive 14 out of 15! 🏆

Trust us — these questions weren’t easy, but our amazing colleagues and residents rose to the challenge with smiles and laughter all around.

Well done, Marlyn! Enjoy your well-deserved chocolates

🕹️ Tech Time at Leven Beach! 🕹️

We’ve been embracing new technology here at Leven Beach Care Home — thanks to a kind donation from Lorna’s daughter and family 💙

Marlen, John, Albert, Ann, Norrie, Lorna and Phyllis all gave the Wii a go… and let’s just say there was plenty of fun (and a wee bit of frustration too! 😅). But the laughter and determination made it all worthwhile!

We’re looking forward to even more good times ahead — who knew gaming could bring so many smiles? 🎮✨

We had an absolute blast with our Minute to Win It challenges this week!

Ann, Norrie, Gill, Albert, Betty and many others brought their A-game and plenty of giggles to the table. It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, cheering each other on, and sharing lots of smiles 💖

Moments like these remind us how special our community is — full of joy, connection and friendship 💫

🍔🎉 Build-a-Burger Fun at Leven Beach Care Home! 🎉🍔

What better way to celebrate National Hamburger Day than by making our own burgers from scratch?

Margaret, Marjorie, Marion, Ann, Norman, Gill and friends all got creative in the kitchen, choosing their own tasty recipes — some added a kick with chillies grown right here in our dining room, while others stuck with the classic favourite: onion! 🌶️🧅🍔

The verdict? Absolutely delicious — and of course, the best-tasting burgers ever (according to our expert tasters!) 👏

A big thank you to our colleagues for supporting such a fun and flavour-packed day!

Leven Beach was all about cosy creativity and sweet surprises! 💐

Jane, George, and Betty spent a relaxing afternoon puzzling over jigsaws – the perfect way to unwind and enjoy each other’s company.

Meanwhile, Trevor rolled up his sleeves to make some butter, catching up on the missed session – talk about dedication!

And we couldn’t miss the moment when Margaret proudly showed off her stunning bouquet of flowers, lovingly sent by her husband Jack. Romance is most certainly alive and well here at Leven Beach! 💌

Boules & Strolls at Leven Beach! 🏖️

What a fantastic day we had with our boules session! Huge congratulations to our winners: Albert, John, David, Margaret, Alison, and Norman – brilliant teamwork and great fun all round!

A big shout-out to our wonderful players too: Marion, Marjorie, John, and Jane – your energy and smiles lit up the whole beach! 💙

Before the games began, George fancied a lovely walk along the shore – a perfect way to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings.

Moments like these remind us how important it is to stay active, connected, and enjoy the little joys together.
