Back to basics this week ✍️

Life’s been a bit chaotic lately — work, packing, moving… and if I’m honest, my nutrition has taken a back seat...🤗💗

I’ve been grabbing whatever’s quick and easy just to keep going — fruit, sandwiches, cereal, the odd meal out. It’s done the job… but it’s not the same as real, nourishing food...👌

And I’m feeling that...🤗

So, starting today, I’m resetting.
And it begins with something simple… a food diary.
Because keeping a food diary helps:

✔️ Build awareness of what we’re act
ually eating
✔️ Keep us accountable (no more guessing!)
✔️ Highlight habits — the good and the not-so-good
✔️ Keep us consistent, even when life is busy
✔️ Bring us back to balanced, real meals

It’s not about restriction.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about being mindful, honest, and getting back on track...💗👌🤗

Sometimes the smallest habits make the biggest difference...👌🤗

We’ve forgotten how to just be...💗
Always plugged in...🤳
Always scrolling...🤳
Always filling the quiet...📺🖥📺

But sometimes something simple like watch a sunrise… and everything slows down...👌🤗✨️

No noise...👌
No notifications...🫶
No pressure to do or consume anything...👌

Just light breaking through the dark — gently, patiently — reminding you that you don’t need to rush to feel alive...🤗

Maybe the reset we’re all searching for isn’t more stimulation…
Maybe it’s space...✨️
Space to breathe...✨️
Space to think...✨️
Space to feel...✨️

This morning, give yourself permission to do less.
Sit with the silence.
Let your mind rest.
Because sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do for your health… is nothing at all. 🌅

Why I love Yoga and the breath! 🧘‍♀️🙏✨️🤗

Sometimes life doesn’t workout the way we planned...🧘‍♀️
This week, something I thought was the next step didnt happen! And for a wee moment, it felt like a huge disappointment!

But sitting with it… breathing through it… watching the sunrise this morning with Lola 🐾✨🐶

I was reminded of something I try share with others at yoga class & needed to put into place for myself! 🤗🧘‍♀️✨️

What if it’s not falling apart… but gently falling into place? 🤗👌🙏

Our nervous system reacts to change, to uncertainty, to the loss of what we expected. That tightness, the overthinking, the emotional waves of tears etc but it’s not weakness!! 🤗 It’s protection. It’s your nervous system trying to keep you safe and boy have i learned alot about my nervous system on my healing journey lol 🤣👌🙏✨️
But this is where the breath becomes our anchor...✨️🙏
It reminds us to come back to slow, steady breaths… Softening the body… Letting ourselves be held in the present moment…💗🩵

Because sometimes the path we were certain about isn’t the one thats meant for us!! 🤗🧘‍♀️

Sometimes things don’t work out because
Something better or more aligned with us is waiting! 🤗✨️🙏
we probs can’t quite see it yet but its there 👌

So today, I’m choosing trust! Trusting that whats meant for me won’t pass me by! 🤗✨️✨️✨️🤗
And until it arrives… I’ll breathe, stay open, and keep showing up 🌅

A new week, a fresh start — let’s take a moment to reset, refocus, and reconnect with ourselves 💚
This week, keep it simple:

✨ Move your body (even a short walk counts)
✨ Stretch out any tension
✨ Drink your water
✨ Breathe deeply and often
✨ Be kind to yourself

Remember, progress isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up, even in small ways.
If last week didn’t go to plan, that’s okay. Today is your opportunity to begin again 🙌

Let’s make this week about feeling stronger, calmer, and more balanced...✨️👌🤗

After nearly 4 years of working almost 7 days a week… I’m finally taking a couple of days off 💛

Weekends are my busiest, so I’ll now be taking my time off midweek instead...🙏

✨ Classes
Morning classes will continue as normal, mainly at Leven Pool...🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Saturdays: Michael Woods Sports Centre (Yoga & Pilates)

✨ Appointments
Massage & PT sessions available
2:30pm | 3:30pm | 4:30pm

✨ Late evenings
Only on Thursdays
