📣 Important Update – New Working Hours 📣

As I head into my final year of university (hello dissertation and placement! 🎓), I’ll be adjusting my working hours for the foreseeable future to focus on my studies but still be available to help with all your aches and pains!

My new hours will begin in September - Wednesday 10th, 17th, 24th are available

🗓 New Hours: Wednesday Afternoons/Evenings Only
🔹 First Appointment: 3:30 PM
🔹 Last Appointment: 7:30 PM
✨ Morning/early afternoon appointments may be available upon request – just drop me a message and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

My services will remain the same:
✅ 30 or 45 Minute Sports Massage
✅ Taping
✅ Dry Cupping Therapy - 45 minutes for 1 area or 55/60 minutes for multiple areas

This week will be spent through in Edinburgh, on my level 2 gym instructor course!💪 Today was the first day and excited to see how the rest of the week goes…then onto the dreaded assessments!📚

When messaging to book in please let me know a time that would work for yourself and what treatment you would like.

• Sports Massage Therapy - 30 minutes or 45 minutes

• Dry Cupping Therapy - 45 minutes (one area) or 60 minutes (multiple areas)

• Kinesiology Taping - this cannot be applied over lotion or creams etc as the tape will not stick and will not be beneficial
