Excited to share this stunning new artwork in my clinic, created by the incredibly talented from New Zealand.

This is close to my heart, representing my Kiwi heritage and my love for where I come from. Jack’s work captures such emotion and detail. I’m thrilled to have it displayed here.

Jack’s accolades are just as impressive as his artistry. And what’s more impressive, is his connection to Scotland. He has been awarded an international artist residency by the Scottish Arts Council, has been a finalist and winner in the Wallace Art Awards multiple times, and earlier in his career he co-produced a collaborative show exhibited at the Gallery of Modern Art in Glasgow.

It’s a true honor to showcase his work at and celebrate the connection to my New Zealand roots. 🌿✨🇳🇿

We forgot to stop and rest.

Needing a complete break from busy life, I was incredibly blessed to spend 4 days in Bali Indonesia with one of my oldest Australian besties for her 40th birthday celebrations.

This trip was Healing. Heart warming. Overdue. Filled with love, sunshine and incredible friends. Everything I needed for to push through till our UK summer arrives ☀️

Friends, let’s talk microneedling downtime and aftercare!
Because defined results deserve refined care

Microneedling is a sophisticated collagen induction treatment designed to improve texture, soften fine lines, refine pores and restore luminosity.

⏰ Immediately post treatment (24-48 hours)
Skin will appear flushed as the above image shows. This is called erythema. The skin will feel warm and tight. This is a normal inflammatory response

⏰ Day 2-3
Redness subsides to a soft gentle pink tone, skin may feel dry or slightly textured and cell renewal begins

⏰ Day 3-7
Light flaking may appear. Fresh radiant skin gradually reveals itself as collagen production continues beneath the surface.

I recommend scheduling treatments at least one week before special events for optimal radiance.

AFTERCARE ESSENTIALS
Gentle cleansing only, Hydration 💦, medical grade SPF, no Retinoids or exfoliation, no heat exposure
