Currently reading the Diet Delusion by Gary Taubes.
He makes an overwhelming case for the primary cause of Obesity as being a Hormonal Regulatory Disorder. He has based his hypothesis on 200 years of published research and extensive interviews with researchers into Obesity. I'm planning to do a short video explaining more about what I've found out trying to get myself BEARLY INFORMED about the mechanics of weight loss.

Here's an interesting piece of research conducted with Bears in America looking specifically at Health and Stigma in the Bear community.
It explores the impact of stigma from a young age in regard to weight and emerging awareness of sexuality and follows it through into the body acceptance (or not) of the Bear community.
