Our first all day singing retreat day is taking place in the new year. A chance to go deeper into connection - with song, with ourselves and with the community.

Come and enjoy songs of hope, joy, courage, grief and everything in between. With lots of space for (optional!) sharing and reflecting. AND REST!

We will meet in a cosy & comfortable yurt with log burner in peaceful countryside close to Lewes (address given upon booking) and hopefully be able to also spend some time outside (weather dependent).

As always, teas / coffees and home baked treats included ❤️

Please bring a dish for a shared lunch if you are able to, as well as any songs, poems or other offerings to share if you would like to.

£40 standard / £30 concessions / £50 supporter

So much I could say about my Women's Circle. My partner calls it 'the cult'after experiencing women stagger out of it totally high just from the experience of singing together!

We meet twice a month on Friday evenings at the Lewes Subud Centre. There's always home baked treats, always the option of lying down, always unlimited tea, always the chance to 'check in' if you want to and always tingly harmony singing ❤️

7.30pm - 9.30pm

£15 standard / £20 supporter / £10 concession
(Plus a limited number of bursary spaces. If you need one just ask)

This is a song that dropped into my head a few years ago. I've only ever shared it with small circles of women but somehow it went it's own merry way out into the world anyway and I've heard recordings of it being sung in circles many miles away from me.

So this is it's first public outing, thanks to my gorgeous friend .songs singing it with me so we could demo the two parts. And it's the first time I've written online that a song is by me 😬 Proper stretch zone stuff.

Anyway, this seemed like a good time of year to share it. Please feel free to sing and share it onwards if you feel called to. It's never really felt like it belonged to me as such anyway!

From Weds 1st Oct, there will be two back to back groups -

A beautiful sum up of what Singing Village is all about from one of our community members, Lucy ❤️

Singing Village is my Tuesday night community group that is open to everyone. All ages, all genders, all backgrounds. We're neurodivergent friendly, q***r friendly, 'humans with all their stuff going on' friendly!

People often tell me that this group is hard to put into words and that you really need to physically experience it to 'get it'

With this in mind I've decided to offer free taster sessions, in line with my Singing Mamas groups. Come along for free, see how you find it, join the community if it feels right, nothing to lose!

Friday night bliss ❤️

After our singing circle finished on Friday, a few of us had to capture this beautiful song on video.

My women's singing circle meets twice a month on a Friday evening in this gorgeous space

We have time to settle in, have an optional check in round and then immerse ourselves in soothing harmony singing before floating home to bed. Oh and it's all accompanied by endless tea and home made cake 😋 Its the perfect alternative Friday night out!
