ARTÁ healing is a women's health platform created by Emma Marigold BSc MNIMH. Specialising in Fertility & an expert in all things Periods and Hormones.

Emma Marigold is a qualified Medical Herbalist & Ayurvedic Female Health Consultant, Specialising in Women's Health, PCOS, ACNE and Fertility. Emma Marigold MH BSC NIMH, is a Medical Herbalist BSc & Āyurvedic Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the healing sector. She is a Teacher, Artist, Nurturer and a very old soul. Where West meets East, Emma practices Traditional Western Herbal Medicine which originates from Ancient Greece & Āyurvedic Medicine from India. Both weave together & bear many similarities, likely from the same origin, treating the person, not the disease, finding harmony within the ‘humors/doshas’ - the dominant elements that make us up (fire, water, earth, air, ether) and living accordingly to our constitution. Her work is a combination of Science & Art, Modern & Traditional Practices. Her Goal… educate to truly understand the root cause of illness, in order to live the fulfilling life we all deserve.

I’ve entered the Luteal Phase and this is exactly how I feel.

Anyone else relate? 🤣

We call this:
THE NO BULLSH*T ZONE

🕯️That at this time women need space, time to rest and just be.

Often we are told ‘Oo are you due on’ or that our pms is rife… but what if we had the space to just be at this time.

To be left to ‘potter’, to make nourishing food and spend time on our creative projects.

We notice more in the luteal phase, the things that have been bothering us we finally say. We can be raw and honest - which I think is actually a great thing.

I have learnt to love this phase, just as I do the others ✨
