ARTÁ healing is a women's health platform created by Emma Marigold BSc MNIMH. Specialising in Fertility & an expert in all things Periods and Hormones.

Emma Marigold is a qualified Medical Herbalist & Ayurvedic Female Health Consultant, Specialising in Women's Health, PCOS, ACNE and Fertility. Emma Marigold MH BSC NIMH, is a Medical Herbalist BSc & Āyurvedic Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the healing sector. She is a Teacher, Artist, Nurturer and a very old soul. Where West meets East, Emma practices Traditional Western Herbal Medicine which originates from Ancient Greece & Āyurvedic Medicine from India. Both weave together & bear many similarities, likely from the same origin, treating the person, not the disease, finding harmony within the ‘humors/doshas’ - the dominant elements that make us up (fire, water, earth, air, ether) and living accordingly to our constitution. Her work is a combination of Science & Art, Modern & Traditional Practices. Her Goal… educate to truly understand the root cause of illness, in order to live the fulfilling life we all deserve.

In this modern world we have forgotten the language of womanhood and what it means to be a woman.

Our world is run on a 24 hour clock for men.

Although I love men and we are equal to men,
We are also very different and must honour that.

🌹THE ART OF WOMAN Programme teaches us how to live in a rhythm with our cycle once again. To deeply connect to our female biology and remember the wisdom of our ancestors.

When we do this we flow in a rhythm with our hormones and create harmony. We have easier periods, better mental health, clear symptoms & understand ourselves on a deeper level.
