Restorative Yoga is a deeply nurturing practice, where we use lots of props (bolsters, blankets, cushions and blocks) to support ourselves very comfortably in a series of adapted yoga poses. The poses are held for some time, bringing calm to the mind, and a feeling of rest and nourishment to the body.
The sessions are suitable for complete beginners - no previous yoga experience is necessary, although old hands will still appreciate the opportunity to deeply relax in comfort!
