I am excited to share that a beautiful energetic loving offering on Friday 29th August from 9-2pm. At the Roundhouse in Lewes.

_A Generous heart_♥️

We will come together and gather in the light of the morning to take our time to open and soften.

We will finely, delicately meet our selves and each other in the quality of generosity, in spirt, in mind and in body.

There will be individual work, coupled work and group work….. not so much work!
You will be held and encouraged.

We will take space and time to receive and give with grace and care.

As always, we will dig deep meeting the energies healing of the time and we will blossom in the humanness of shared experience.

This will be a holding for the purest love energy. Come and lie down in generous curiosity.

You are welcome as you are and let us unfold in the generosity of the heart together.

There is a sensuality in the magic of this time as the earth longs for the sky.

This rich, vibrant, fertile time offered you a container of potency, to ignite your intentions, dreams and co creations in conception.

Today, tonight, a heart felt high ♥️
Friendship, community, work, devotional service, an expansive breath of grounding in a new belonging.

This is, feels like, a historical time to be alive.
Alive under the light shapes of the moon and the warm beams of the sun.

After a powerful March, what happens next?
A deep slow breath into April... There is no rush.

A half day retreat ​
Friday 3rd January from 9.30am-2pm in The Roundhouse in Lewes.
I would like to welcome you to a sacred day of Receiving in Love

You are humbly welcome to join me and other like minded and like hearted sensitive light beings that feel the importance of carving out time to pause, listen and commit to turning in the energies of the moment and the information of our bodies.

I invite you to land and lean into an exquisitely energetic healing container, to recalibrate, to open and to balance your mind, body and spirit in order to serve yourself and greet 2025 with grace and openness.

This will be a gentle healing space to be with others and receive.
We will work together and move though ideas and experiences of receiving as an individual and as a group in a supportive community.

You will share a grounding safe curious space and receive the softness and harmony of the Roundhouse and my honest care and experience in facilitating as a lightworker, healer and love bug.

I will lead you through a day of practices to support yourself to drop in and partner with your soul, and the abundance of life force energy.

I am working on owning my power.

My work is powerful. A gentle power that blast through to the core of healing and what it really means to heal.

Not to banish or skip into the light but to be with the commitment you make to healing. The process. The action. The change. The honesty. The pain and the glory. The incredible bravery and courage.

Healing into your growth and evolution at this time with the capacity and willingness you have. Consciously choosing to meet yourself and your ability to respond in this moment.

After 25 years of working with healing energy, with people and Reiki and with the divine and the earth. I see that my power to connect, hold and work with love is powerfully.

So profoundly powerful it blows my small little human mind on a daily basis.
