I don’t believe I am asking my partner or family or friends.
My work, service? No.
The universe? God? Maybe.
My soul? Yes. I feel so.

Will you love me?

Today in Ceremony we sat with the Dava of Balance.

Held in balance between the earth and the sky.
The internal and the external.

The duality’s and polarity’s of expression of the two tones of often the same vibration.

Can you meet the guidances of balance at this time, on this day, with this breath?

Balance in giving and receiving.
Balance in surrender and action.
Balance in knowing and unknowing.

When we meet and respond from our centre our soul can walk in balance on the path of truth ♥️

There is a deep sense of magic that is calling for intergration and reverence before the harmonics can settle and move with ease for earthly bodies.

Great healing and revealing is on offer and surrender and trust is required right now.

We all have a story ♥️

A story that has moved and grown, changed and transformed.

Some of us know our stories deeply inside out and upside down and have jumped in and pulled back the layers.
We can spot them when it comes to shadow the pages of our now.

We also can stay in the narrative and behaviours of pain, fear and perceived safety of their stories.
As brilliant human beings we make space for both.

There is no judgement, no correct way as we move uniquely with the turning pages of our stories and the capacity of our hearts in any given moment.

This eclipse portal has been a potent time for me and my stories. The stage curtains have been pulled back even wider and there is no hiding behind the characters and my optimistic scene changes.

This is a time of great healing. Of awakening. Of responding. Of holding the light of love. Individually and collectively.

Standing on the edge of the next chapter, we are encouraged to courageously jump into the rhythms and pictures we want to play in today and tomorrow.

To bring consciousness to the descriptions, feelings and wisdom of who we are today with this breath .
What do you want to carry forward and what do you want to put down?

I am on my way to London to teach Improvisation and mime to support mental illness for adults.

- I use to say mental health but after many discussions with my students over the 9 years I have been working for a recovery college, I have been taught and informed that mental health is to light an expression. We are all working with our mental healthcare.
Mental illness is something quite different. Part of the healing and living with this, is the importance of ownership and acceptance in all its sensitivity, venerability and beauty.

I have had a long indulgent summer away from teaching and I am back on the train to Brixton. I am sitting in the language hold with cacao and what feels like half of East Sussex - bent necked and staring at screens.

Today I promise myself to skip through the underground and laugh with my new students. I will lead by example and do my best to hold the energetic of freedom and play.

I don’t go in as a therapist but as a facilitator for creativity and acceptance. I am employed as an artist.

I hope you can be you today? I hope that you can hold the light of your own unique radiance in all it glory.

I am excited to share that a beautiful energetic loving offering on Friday 29th August from 9-2pm. At the Roundhouse in Lewes.

_A Generous heart_♥️

We will come together and gather in the light of the morning to take our time to open and soften.

We will finely, delicately meet our selves and each other in the quality of generosity, in spirt, in mind and in body.

There will be individual work, coupled work and group work….. not so much work!
You will be held and encouraged.

We will take space and time to receive and give with grace and care.

As always, we will dig deep meeting the energies healing of the time and we will blossom in the humanness of shared experience.

This will be a holding for the purest love energy. Come and lie down in generous curiosity.

You are welcome as you are and let us unfold in the generosity of the heart together.

The exchange is £80.
We will drink cacao and eat cake. In the Roundhouse ♥️
