I empower & educate the next generation of health warriors, a diverse and vibrant community of people who are passionate about driving change by saying yes to taking responsibility for their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. My philosophy is grounded in the idea that TRUE health is our greatest ASSET - By adopting a tried and tested integrative system of balanced nutrition - the right diet for you, regular movement - the best exercise routines for you, mindfulness - mindset coaching to move through blocks & obstacles, intentional living - managing lifestyle & stress - so that you can live a long, happy, healthy life. I have created a series of packages based on harmonising all four systems of optimal health: diet, lifestyle, movement and mindset -guaranteed to promote optimal health & wellbeing. These integrative systems are based on ancient wisdom and cutting edge science. I am passionate about helping people to become the best version of themselves. I love working with people, I love that each person has a story to tell. It is a true honour to guide and facilitate you on your journey to releasing that which keeps you stuck in old patterns so that you can live the life and health of your dreams. I run regular online and in person classes, workshops and weekend and day retreats where you can dive a little deeper into the work I offer. No matter where you are at - I meet you with compassion and non judgement and encourage you to do the same. To that we create a platform from which you can grow & evolve. I have been teaching and practising the movement arts for nearly 20 years training with some of the best trainers in the world. I have been studying, practising and implementing nutrition, wellness and mindset techniques for the last nearly 25 years with great success. Bringing my children up following these principles. I am now enjoying even better health and mental clarity as I grow and evolve beyond limitations of the past that have held me back. My mantra is - saying yes to liberating ourselves from limitations. Saying yes to all the joy in the world.

“ Calisthenics is a bodyweight strength training class – My approach weaves strength work with yogic breathing and body awareness — and we always finish with a deeply relaxing wind-down.”

🌻 This is intelligent training for real-life strength, especially important for women in perimenopause & menopause, when muscle mass naturally declines.

🌼 We use bodyweight, resistance bands, and light weights to build strength safely and sustainably. Done properly, this kind of training can lower stress and cortisol — unlike high-impact exercise, which often adds stress to the body.

The science is clear - building muscle mass over the age of 35 is the single most important anti - aging and longevity action you can take for your long term health - ladies this is for you… 4 out of 6 spaces left - starting 16th April - running 4 week blocks.
I am sure that my muscle has helped me to be pretty much symptom free during my hormone transition (alongside great nutrition) of course and managing stress and sleep …

Let's talk about RELATING....

A CONVERSATION between the masculine and the feminine. AKA Men and women.

The time is NOW for the exalted, the healed versions of the divine sacred masculine and feminine to show up en masse.

Old patriarchy and capitalism is DONE! The TIME is now for our energies to unite - to co create a new EARTH!

There are women's circles and there are men's circles but no men's and women's circles.... Which I think is the MISSING LINK!

A once a month circle sitting with FIRE & CEREMONY holding a safe - and using compassionate language - space for a talking circle. To be witnessed to be heard. To hear the voices of the masculine and to hear the voices of the feminine.

In Lewes - who would be interested? Every 2nd Thursday evening of the month. The first one 14th November. A donation for the space.
