Well that’s a wrap! 🎁🎄🌟

As we close the doors for our first Christmas at Temple House we wanted to send a heartfelt thanks to all our members for an incredible year.

We’ve loved being in our new home, welcoming so many new people through our doors and seeing you experience all the positive benefits of movement lead by our incredible team of teachers.

We’ve got lots of exciting plans bubbling away for next year, starting with the launch of Soulfuel our new Juice & Smoothie Bar and Retail space (watch this space as we share details ahead of our opening on Monday 5th January).

But for now, have a wonderful festive time with your friends and loved ones. We cannot wait to get you moving again 🎄🧘🎁💪🎅🏻🌟

We loved being part of another brilliantly festive Lewes Food Bank weekend 🎄🛍️🎅🏻

This time we were joined by the ever-fabulous .matthews.fitness and and accompanied by one of Lewes’ many big-hearted choirs 🎶

🌟 A huge thank you to everyone who dropped something into our baskets — and, as always, to Mark Perryman for tirelessly cycling around town keeping us all in check!

We shouldn’t need food banks, especially at this time of year. But until the world sorts itself out, we’ll stand firm alongside the many incredible Lewes organisations doing their bit to help make Christmas a little more special for everyone in our community ♥️

Following the buzz of last night’s Late Night Shopping 🌟🎄🛍️ we wanted to put a big shout out to the super talented Emma from who’s created a piece of festive magic on our Temple House doors!❄️

We’ve loved supporting local artists over the years, & couldn’t resist approaching Emma, whose platform is brimming with colourful art & delicious recipes (perfect combo in our book!)

🌟It’s feeling proper Christmassy here now - thank you so much Emma (and her ballsy helper .matthews.fitness ), we’re so chuffed!

Soulfit is the only combined Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Fitness & Personal training Studio in East Sussex.

We have more than 30 Classes of Yoga, Pilates & Dance every week, something to suit everyone that visits us, from Beginners through to well-seasoned Yogis. We have 2 studio spaces where you’ll find a huge variety of classes from Vinyasa Flow, Yin & Iyengar to Pilates, Ballet Barre & Boxfit!

Our Personal Training Studio caters for individuals of every age & fitness level, we can help with weight management, rehabilitation through to strength & conditioning.
