Are you cool as a cucumber or a rabbit in the headlights when you're asked to do a presentation or make a speech? 😧
If you’re not a professional speaker or accomplished actor, it’s unlikely that you will confidently say that you’re looking forward to an impending work presentation or any other sort of public speaking engagement. In fact, most people will try their utmost to avoid public speaking and some are so terrified, it results in a panic attack.
As this is usually a phobia or just a lack of self-belief and confidence, it’s not a difficult one to fix using hypnotherapy. And of course, once you’ve accomplished one speech successfully, you then have evidence that in fact you are capable and can build confidence in yourself off the back of it. 💪
Below is a message I received from a very nervous lady who had to do a presentation to 100 people. Even though she was the expert in the room about her subject and had the presentation well-rehearsed, she was feeling a sense of dread and bouts of anxiety as the day approached.
