Thanks so much to you all for your well wishes & concern.

Trying to lean into enforced stillness & go with the flow. I am a believer that everything happens for a reason & gold comes out of the darkest days. After all diamonds are made under extreme pressure.

Unfortunately all treatments will be postponed for the next few weeks till I can weight bare again . I’ll be in touch with new dates.

Anyone been through this please give me your best tips for not going mad.

Why seasonal massage?

Each season in nature brings something new. A transformation, a transition. A shift.

We are not separate from nature we are nature, however we have spent so long living apart & separate from, that these shifts can feel sticky for us humans. We sometimes need a little help & support.

Seasonal massage pulls from the Chinese 5 elements teachings. During my seasonal massages we will work to support the organs associated with each changing season. Spring being liver & gallbladder. Liver being the organ of processing, detoxing. Holder of anger & resentment if we don’t cleanse ourselves our emotions.

I will work along these rivers & open up flow. Connection grounding. So you can transform too easily in health. So we can spring forth.

My lymphatic massages always start with a nourishing & relaxing lymphatic facial. Why I hear you cry!

Well 60% of your lymph nodes can be found from the collarbone up. So it makes perfect sense to start the lymphatic drainage process here. Opening up some of the bigger drainage path ways like under the armpits&around the collarbones, to allow the lymphatic fluid to drain away.

Lymphatic drainage massage can be gentle (sometimes or deeper if that’s needed) but super effective for so many people.
If you’re suffering with.
🌟stagnant energy
🌟puffiness or swelling
🌟bloating or more serious issue like
🌟lymphoedema
🌟chronic lymphatic disorders

Or just want to get your flow on & feel more energised & light. This treatment is so nourishing & holding.

I often incorporate warm compresses & Gua Sha to assist the process along with pulsing & pumping movement to help move the lymph to the nodes to drain away. As unlike the circulatory system lymph needs help to move. Through breath & movement. The more stagnant we are the less lymphatic flow we have. When we flow we GLOW 🌟⭐️💫
