I was born in Canada 🇨🇦 I left when I was 4. I’ve not returned for 44 years!!
Now I’m back to visit my daughter who has moved here for a while (hopefully not forever!)
It’s brilliant to be back. Such big skies & so much space!
Now all we need is the sun to pop out. (Yes I know the uk are having a fantastic heat wave!)

Inter oral massage is a highly effective technique for releasing deep tension from your tissues. Releasing tight fascia, smoothing out fine lines & wrinkles.

Method:
Apply a small amount of oil to your face not too much.
Using the alternate hand to the side of your face, place your thumb inside your mouth pressure on the inside then use the fingers on the outside to gently massage the skin. Start gently at first, never massage too deeply or create creases on the skin.

Iron out the tension & fine lines. Feels soooooo good.

Less invasive than having it done to you & so simple yet effective.

22 years ago I joined a group of women to talk about our child hood experiences in the hope that it would make us better people & parents.( I’m not sure it did that tbh) I was a young mother at 24 & literally had no clue what I was doing!!

Taking that leap of faith & stepping out of my comfort zone to join a group of women I hardly new (accept 1)
These leaps of faith can often be life changers. my dear friends 22 years on & we still meet at least 4 times a year for dinner & a catch up. Listening to each other’s stories , secrets keepers of each other lives experiences. I cherish these women & our precious meet ups.
Here’s to all the women who make our lives that little bit easier & hold us up. I couldn’t be without you ❤️🌟
