3 techniques to improve fine lines of the forehead & 11 lines between the eyebrows.

🌟1. Fascia release. No oil. Use a reflexology tool or end of a spoon. Pin with your opposite hand & gently pull the skin firm. Then use your tool with medium to light pressure to gently rub at any stuck tissue. Loosening it. This technique works to relieve tight stuck tissue. ( so many benefits too many to mention now) Encouraging blood flow & reduces lines.
🌟2. With oil applied to your forehead use your knuckles with medium pressure. Massage & knead with your hands to remove any tension or tight muscles. From the centre to the hair line.
