This made my heart absolutely sing. Three hour arm balance workshop with and my mini ninja nailed her crow. Mega proud mum moment!

This was the equivalent of a 'bring your child to work day' for me but so much fun! Great teaching and life lessons. Thank you from us both.

Just taught a couple of classes here this morning, and one lady said she was 'floating on air' after all the lovely hip work we'd done. Dreamy!

Join me for a flowing vinyasa session that sets you up for the week ahead.

Another class done - and the new hair tied up! I think this was my fifth class here and felt just as dreamy as the last. It is such a lovely space and always a wonderful group. Do pop in if you're in or around Lewes!

Just taught at Lewes' studio. What a treat, thank you Fiona (here in my selfie!) for having me, and for thinking of me.

It is such a wonderful space to practice in so do look it up if you've not been!

I'm here next Saturday too for the 9.15am Vinyasa and 10.30am gentle classes.

Half-term hay bales at . We've still got so much to explore in our new hood but this is a total gem. They have the cutest animals to meet and feed and this hay barn has been a hit!

Week one in the new school done! Exciting milestone after what felt like a really special if hectic summer! Menorca holiday, Taylor Swift 💅 and the big house move!!

DFL I'm still trying to nail the Barbour and welly look 😂 but loving the shift in pace to country life.

Will be setting up a local yoga class soon and am available for online classes too.

It was either do my tax or social media between my classes today 🙈

I'm more of a scroller than a poster but I'm teaching with my clients this week and thought it was too good not to share.

One of my all time faves for your upper back. Heaven!

✨Start in child's pose.
✨Lift your hips up rocking on to the crown of your head.
✨Engage the shoulders by pushing the floor away with the back of your hands.
✨Move your shoulders away from your ears and breathe into the release for a few rounds.
✨ If you catch hold of your heels you can make it even stronger.

'MUMMY, MUMMY, MUMMY! ' My word life is crazy at the moment isn't it? Another busy day 'at' work done, switching to mum mode and letting Mookie get a quick nap in pre-nights.
Feel more than all over the place but what a welcome from these two!
