Specific poses, breathwork, meditation & much more to provide you with tools to help self manage symptoms. A class that's informing & empowering, yet holds you close to nurture, soothe & relax.
My names Shelly, I'm a perimenopausal mum of 4 kids, I have type 1 diabetes, and never enough time! I've had varying symptoms, I know how hard it can be. I also know that it can be a time of positive transformation, deep connection & self love. And that we have the wisdom & ability to help ourselves with a little guidance.
