I'm ashamed to say, but this has taken nearly a year for me to get the courage to post!! I'm dreading (scuse the pun😂) cutting them off.....

The practice is still the practice, wherever you are.....
The luxury of more time & a beautiful view make it easier in some ways, but the body still has its limitations, the mind still fluctuates, distractions still distract!
Our surroundings & experiences affect how we feel but ultimately we are the same wherever we are!
Sticking with the practice, no matter how hard, ultimately clears the 'us part' (the tight hips, busy mind, urge to move)& transcends us into space & 'being'....even if only briefly !!

First Mexican class ..... it was a silent movie 😂, gorgeous backdrop & I was nattering away....with a mic without battery 🤦‍♀️Some things never change!!
It's now been re-recorded !!
Yoga is yoga, no matter what the backdrop is.... but I'm loving returning to an outdoor practice, that's what got me hooked in the first place....the dots all connecting, the sense of truly being.
More classes coming....with sound 🙏😬😂

🌟🎉Summer holiday free yoga classes for kids of Lewes! 🌟🎉
Next Wednesday I'm running three yoga classes for kids & teens. This is part of a series of free holiday activities, run by Landport Residents Association, for the young people of Lewes!!
I'll be running yoga for younger kids at 1- 1.45pm using toys & props , kids up to 10yrs old at 1.45- 2.30pm for fun yoga games & poses, and tweens/teens at 3.30 - 5pm for some partner /acro yoga & teaching some techniques to deal with anxiety & big emotions !

No need to book, this is a community event open to all children of Lewes. However, priority will be given to residents of Landport if necessary.

The classes are at the Landport Hub, Landport Rd, Lewes. If you have a mat, please bring it, otherwise just turn up.

Pre-school & younger kids will need a parent or adult with them. Older children & teens can be left.
