Welcome to YogaSpiral offering yoga classes & workshops in hatha, menopause & yin yoga .

I believe that we can all feel better from a little yoga practice, whether it be asana, breath awareness, relaxation, or meditation. My aim is to make every person feel relaxed and welcome, and also challenged, so that they can explore their own personal journey during practice. We don't have to take ourselves too seriously, and I hope that people feel a little more light-hearted and open, and aware of their inner strength and beauty from our classes together. Here is a current timetable, hope to see you at class.
*Monday 7.30 - 8.30pm Hatha Yoga East Sussex National
*Wednesday 7.30 - 8.45pm Hatha Flow Yoga Uckfield Yoga Studio
*Friday 10.50 - 11.30am FFM yoga class Bring your
bubba (4yrs &under) Uckfield Yoga studio
*Last Sunday of every month 11am - 12.30pm Yin yoga Uckfield yoga studio

🌟🎉Summer holiday free yoga classes for kids of Lewes! 🌟🎉
Next Wednesday I'm running three yoga classes for kids & teens. This is part of a series of free holiday activities, run by Landport Residents Association, for the young people of Lewes!!
I'll be running yoga for younger kids at 1- 1.45pm using toys & props , kids up to 10yrs old at 1.45- 2.30pm for fun yoga games & poses, and tweens/teens at 3.30 - 5pm for some partner /acro yoga & teaching some techniques to deal with anxiety & big emotions !

No need to book, this is a community event open to all children of Lewes. However, priority will be given to residents of Landport if necessary.

The classes are at the Landport Hub, Landport Rd, Lewes. If you have a mat, please bring it, otherwise just turn up.

Pre-school & younger kids will need a parent or adult with them. Older children & teens can be left.

Coming up on Sat June 14th.... an outdoor yoga workshop at the stunning Hillside Wellness in Nutley! This will be all about connecting with nature & ourselves, starting with an uplifting hatha yoga flow .... and slowing down to a deep & mindful yin practice ✨️💚✨️
Pranayama, meditation & deep relaxation will complement the asana, for a complete practice for the soul!

This Sunday is the second of my Spring yoga workshops at the gorgeous Barcombe village hall. The afternoon will be centred around Spring & the best practices for this uplifting season. Gently flowing hatha, yin & restorative yoga, with pranayama, meditation, deep relaxation & more!
There wil be some outdoor practice in the serene field outside the hall, with tea & treats served afterwards.
An afternoon of joy to gently energise, ground & soothe the soul.

Yoga for Peri-menopause starts a new term, this Thursday at The Open Door in Lewes 9.45am.
Specific poses, breathwork, meditation & much more to provide you with tools to help self manage symptoms. A class that's informing & empowering, yet holds you close to nurture, soothe & relax.
My names Shelly, I'm a perimenopausal mum of 4 kids, I have type 1 diabetes, and never enough time! I've had varying symptoms, I know how hard it can be. I also know that it can be a time of positive transformation, deep connection & self love. And that we have the wisdom & ability to help ourselves with a little guidance.

A glimpse into Yoga for Peri-menopause on Thursday mornings in Lewes. It's always special, but today even more so. Our collective energy was beautiful, and the light, birdsong & outdoor meditation, added an extra layer!
Spaces available to join this friendly, nurturing class, which empowers women to navigate some of the symptoms of Menopause, giving some space & love into bodies that give so much! 💖
