I have been a practicing Medical Herbalist and Member of The National Institute of Medical Herbalists since 2002. The NIMH ensures that natural Herbal Medicines are prescribed and dispensed by highly trained medical professionals. I am passionate about what herbal medicine can offer in terms of treating health complaints and general wellbeing. I believe that herbal medicine not only has a important tradition in Western medicine but increasingly has an important role to play in modern medicine and health. We have a rich history of use in all cultures as well as a growing scientific body of knowledge to draw upon. Herbal Medicine can be used to treat most complaints commonly seen by your GP. Herbal treatments nuture and support health and offer gentle but effective medicine which is natural, holistic and takes the whole person into account. I believe that it is a powerful way to nourish health and wellbeing in all ages. I am a medical herbalist in Lewes and I offer a clinic in Lewes at River Clinic treating adults and children and am part of the Dolphin House Charity Children's Clinic in Brighton which offers a charity clinic for children as well
