🚀 Philosophy & Purpose

🌍 My to-do list is as long as my blood vessels right now (apparently they’d wrap the world 3x 😅).
But we’re getting there.

📅 Move-in begins October 1st.
Opening might be a few days later (little date mix-up).
But the countdown is ON.

👉 For those who don’t know me or Body Reach yet:
Yes, aesthetics matter — more muscle, less fat, looking strong.
But my bigger passion? Health that gives you energy, confidence & drive for life.

Not just living to 90 or 100.
But living strong, capable, independent.

😭😭😭 Ahhhh it’s official… I never planned on being a “gym owner,” but sometimes you’ve just got to give in to life’s plan for you.

There’s still so much to do to get the facility Body Reach–ready, but I’m ridiculously excited to give it the character I’ve embodied for years — and to pass this knowledge on to a much larger community.

I’m certainly ready for this big step up. Come to this facility and I promise to completely enhance your outlook, health, and performance — so much so that everyday life will feel like an absolute doddle!

The more friends, family, and like-minded people who come, the better — because I want this to have a real community feel. And for parents, we’ll even be dedicating an area for kids at some point so everyone feels at home here. ❤️

What started as a small garage parent bootcamp has now grown into a complete training ecosystem in our own facility. 🙌
