We’re not the biggest gym in Chorley 🤗

And honestly, that’s exactly the point.

At Body Reach, we’re not trying to cram as many people as possible into one room to do burpees & maximise profit.

Because when sessions get too busy, the quality drops.

Technique gets missed.
Injuries get missed.
Confidence gets missed.

And usually, the people who need the most help are the ones who stay quiet and get left behind.

That’s not what we do.

Our sessions are designed around a set capacity, so they stay organised, coached and manageable — not overcrowded, chaotic, impersonal or cliquey!

You’ll know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how to do it properly.

You’ll be coached at your own pace, from your current level, with exercises adapted around your body, your ability and your goals.

And we’ve still kept it affordable 👍

In fact, we’re often around half the price of other local group PT-style facilities — without cutting the actual coaching 🤙

Proper strength, fitness and longevity training for NORMAL people who want to feel better in their body.

We’re not Chorley’s biggest gym.

But we might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

I’ve spoken to a few people recently who’ve said the same thing:

“I don’t want to train for Hyrox. I just want to get stronger and fitter.”

And honestly, fair enough. Hyrox is cool, but it’s certainly not necessary.

Not everyone wants to compete.

Not everyone needs to do 317 unbroken wall balls…

They just need to find a more positive route off the sofa instead of using the seesaw technique and losing their dignity 😂

For some people, fit means:

Picking up their kids or grandkids without sounding like they’re dying.

Walking upstairs without needing a tactical pause halfway.

Running after their 2-year-old who’s just learned how to walk… which is embarrassing really, considering they’ve only had legs for five minutes 🤣

Carrying the shopping in one trip because two trips are for quitters.

Just feeling like their body actually works again 👌

One of our members, Sandra, said her 3-year-old noticed she could carry him for much longer on a walk.

Laura said she doesn’t get tired walking the dog anymore.

That’s the fitness that most want.

Not competitions or trying to be an athlete.

For most normal adults, fitness is about quality of life and feeling good in your own body.

These matter for daily strength 👉 💪

And this is probably your most important muscle for energy, health and longevity 👉 🫀

So many people waste their goals and potential because they let fear override what they actually want:

Better health.
More energy.
More confidence.
More fitness.
More strength.

And I get it.

Walking into a new gym or training facility can feel full on intimidating.

But so many of our members — like .stott, and — now walk into Body Reach like they own the place 😂

But once upon a time, they felt exactly how you might feel right now.

Nervous.
Unsure.
Worried about not being fit enough.
Worried about keeping up.
Worried about looking out of place.

That’s why I always say:

Your first step through the facility door is the one that can genuinely change your life.

And I don’t say that lightly.

Our classes are fully coached and structured.

This is not a typical bootcamp.

You won’t be doing endless burpees, squat jumps, or random circuits with no direction.
