👶 Something NEW for our Active Babies parents… 👶

We’re really excited to share that we’re working with the amazing Bumps & Bashes to bring a Paediatric First Aid session into one of our Active Babies classes 🙌

This will be a one-off session designed especially for parents with babies 💛

As parents, knowing what to do in an emergency is so important…
✔️ Choking
✔️ CPR
✔️ Common accidents
✔️ What to do in those scary moments

Having that knowledge can make all the difference ❤️

This session will give you confidence, reassurance and practical skills in a relaxed, friendly environment while still enjoying your usual group 🙌

⚠️ Spaces will be VERY limited and once they’re gone, they’re gone

💪 Bank Holiday Monday… but still staying active! 💪

No sessions for me today, but I still like to practice what I preach 🙌

This morning I got a great workout in at CrossFit, taking part in the annual Redshaw workout in honour of our friend Mike 💛

It’s always a tough one, but an important one ❤️

Staying active isn’t just something I encourage in sessions… it’s something I live by too. That’s exactly what Activate with Andy is all about – building healthy habits, having fun and enjoying movement from a young age 🙌

A slightly quieter session than usual today at Active Babies — I think the sunshine may have tempted a few of our little ones outdoors! ☀️

That said, we still had lots of fun together. The Laugh & Learn car was a big hit, and some of our older babies really enjoyed getting stuck in with the foam building bricks — lots of building up… and knocking down!

Today’s footprint artwork was Eeyore, and it turned out so cute!! 💙 Next week we’ll be creating Rabbit to complete our Winnie the Pooh characters — we can’t wait!
