What a busy session of Mini Athletes today. Thank you all for joining me this morning at St Catherine’s primary school Leyland. The group absolutely smashed it.

Mini athletes is the perfect session to introduce children to sports and prepare them for their PE lessons at school. Helps with their listening skills and following instructions, all while having fun and burning off some steam.

⭐️ Today’s star of the week was Darcy.
Darcy did some brilliant listening, even when things loud and crazy, she listened to everything I said and implemented it in the games. Well done!!

⭐️ Create play and learn - Walmer bridge

Well the wiggle car has gone down an absolute storm in group. They all could not wait to have a turn. They all perfected the technique and was flying round without any h need be pushed.

Today we did some drawing and mark making on our new white boards. Which the children loved, and made some hedgehog art work.

Today we had toast, strawberries and bananas for snack.

We can’t wait to see you all again next Wednesday. Book your place now.

We had a brilliant time today, and the children loved our new toys. Especially the new wiggle car, it was such a hit I’ve had to buy another one. Thank you again to all our families who join us every week. We love having you all in group.

Slightly quieter session of Active Beats today but we still had lots of fun. We did our usual favourites walking in the jungle, baby shark and the floor is lava and then added follow the leader, a super active song which left us all feeling like we’d done a full workout.

Star of the week was Cassie, only her second week of joining us but she is doing fab, she listens and joins in with all the songs and showed some super sharing skills today.

⭐️Mini Athletes - Penwortham

Another fully booked mini athletes group this morning at St Teresa’s Social Centre Penwortham. Thank you so much to all the families who join us every week. I absolutely love running this Monday group.
