It’s about building friendships, sharing moments, and making memories that last, while supporting families every step of the way💚 Activate With Andy is a small business that is based around working with both children and adults on wellbeing, health and fitness. I run groups and activities for children and parents, a lot of this focussing on children's movement. I also run children's parties, after school clubs and holiday clubs. During the night I run adults fitness classes to focus on their own health and fitness. I am really passionate about what I do and making a difference and a positive impact on children and adults lives.

It was fantastic to see Active Beats fully booked today — the atmosphere and enthusiasm were just amazing. The energy in the room really says it all!

⭐ Stars of the Week go to Thea and Etta. It’s only their second week, but the confidence they both show and how fully they join in with every song and game is such a joy to see. I love how much they clearly enjoy being part of the fun — keep shining, girls! 🌟

As always, such a fantastic group to run. The children get so involved and absolutely love competing in all the games. Watching their confidence grow and each child’s personality shine more each week is honestly lovely to see.

What a fantastic day we had, a big happy birthday to the birthday boys today.

🌈 Rainbow Runners Parachute Fun! 🌈

Our fab Rainbow Runners parachute group has been having so much fun together! We’ve loved singing songs, playing games, and working as a team with the parachute — there’s been lots of laughter and energy all around.

⭐ Star of the Week goes to Lucy! ⭐
Lucy is now independently holding the parachute and following instructions brilliantly during both the games and the songs. She especially loves giving the parachute a big shake when we play “Popcorn” — so much enthusiasm!

Well done, Lucy, and well done Rainbow Runners! 👏🌈
