Our practices provide a complete personal service. At initial appointment a full assessment is undertaken, allowing detailed knowledge of the client's concerns to be acquired. This information is then used to provide immediate treatment. At the end of your treatment you will be provided with relevant advice to allow you to continue rehabilitation between treatment sessions.

Anybody get stressed about Christmas Dinner ?

😂Just in case anyone is stressing about Christmas Day..............! 😂
Here's my top tip
🎄Christmas Dinner....
I have concluded that the inevitable stress of Christmas dinner is created by adverts, supermarkets and TV chefs...
It's a Sunday dinner for goodness sake!!!
The only difference is that you are allowed to open a bottle of wine before you open the kitchen curtains. 🍷🍷🍷

🙄We do it quite happily 51 weeks, if too stressful on Christmas day have a curry!

Did you know that this week is International Brain Tumour awareness week? 🧠

A brain tumour is a collection of abnormal cells in your brain. The tumour may originate in the brain (primary) or may be “metastatic” (from a cancer elsewhere in the body). A brain tumour may be non-malignant (not cancerous), however the location of the tumour can have devastating consequences.

Today I saw a man selling poppies stop a lady and asked if he could re position her poppy. While doing so he told that lady she should wear the poppy on their right side; the red represents the blood of all those who gave their lives, the black represents the mourning of those who didn't have their loved ones return home, and the green leaf represents the grass and crops growing and future prosperity after the war destroyed so much. The leaf should be positioned at 11 o'clock to represent the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the time that World War One formally ended. He was worried that younger generations wouldn't understand this and his generation wouldn't be around for much longer to teach them. (copy and paste to share just like I did) 🌹 we must remember those from our current wars too!"
