Constantly striving to ensure we give best value, best practice in all business activities. We are constantly updating training material to ensure it is current within European/UK guidelines. All courses are delivered to an extremely high standard; all trainers are specialist in their own fields, with the majority of them being emergency service/healthcare professionals. Their up-to-date, everyday life experience/underpinning core-knowledge means they are able to relate to real scenarios, bringing realism into the classroom, thus giving it credibility. Training is delivered in an enjoyable professional manner, making learning fun, easily understood and show how skills learnt can be applied in the real world outside the classroom, giving confidence in dealing with any situation students may come across. Courses can be split into smaller sessions, delivered in-house (subject to suitable training area), at times to suit individual or company needs.

tip
When you're treating an open wound, be aware of the risk of cross infection.
- Make sure you wash your hands before and after treating the wound.
- Wear disposable gloves if possible; if gloves aren't available, encourage the casualty to cover their own wound if this is possible.
- If you have any open wounds yourself, make sure they are covered with plaster/dressing before you start to treat the casualty.
- Try to avoid directly touching open wounds and the dressings that will have contact with them.
- Always dispose of waste products carefully after treatment.
