We stock stylish frames from quality manufacturers such as Wolf eyewear, Flair, Maui Jim and Paul Costello and can also cater for people on a tighter budget, with complete frame and lenses starting from only £60. You can choose from the best lenses in the World - we are a Zeiss specialist - our dispensing optician will guide you to the best lenses for your requirement and lifestyle. We offer everyone a comprehensive eye examination - which includes OCT deep tissue scanning at a small extra cost. NHS patients are most welcome and receive the same attention and great service as private patients would expect to receive. We have a dedicated contact lens optician in the practice, who can fit virtually any type of lens to any type of patient. All our glasses come fully custom fitted to ensure your comfort. No slipping, no pinching, no ‘wonky-donkey-Jeremy-Corbin-spex! We have a great range of glasses for children and teens too, some of which are FREE with an NHS voucher. We also offer a home visit eye examination service, including choosing and fitting of spectacles or other optical devices, for those folks who are unable to leave the house. While Syed is relatively new to Wrights Opticians, he’s certainly not new to hearing care. With many years of experience, Syed’s passion for audiology began after a close family member suffered an accident involving the inner ear…inspiring him to study and qualify in this fascinating field.

Since then, he’s spent his career working with independent hearing care practices, building a reputation for his kindness, knowledge, and dedication to providing the very best care for his patients.

We accept NHS patients and offer them the same attention and great service as private patients would expect to receive. We have a dedicated contact lens optician in the practice, who can fit virtually any type of lens to any type of patient, even those who may have failed at lens wear before.

All our glasses come fully custom fitted to ensure your comfort.
