But it's not just ladies that we help we also help the boys get the skin confidence, relax muscles and neat tidy nails. Sarah is also an award winning massage therapist which she is very proud of. This year I’m all about living and loving for me, I am my main character in my story and it’s time to act like it!

Beauts self care and taking time for yourself is not selfish trust me it’s an essential!

Having a monthly facial or massage is amazing BUT what are you doing in between your treatments???

You need to be doing exercise, eating nutritious meals and not living off caffeine, takeaways and a bottle of wine at the weekend.

It’s all about making small little changes that then have a knock on effect to everything!

If you eat cleaner meals then you feel less sluggish, your skin stops breaking out and you look healthier, pair that with some gentle exercise or if you like to go hard at the gym then you go for it - you will see changes!

If you just make little changes trust me you will see even better results from your monthly massage or facials!

Selfcare doesn’t have to cost the earth - little changes make a big difference

My daughter Paige is having and emergency c section Friday so I will be helping with beautiful daughter look after my beautiful granddaughter.
