I often mention “Andy’s Man Club” to clients. This is a great insight of what to expect in one of their sessions around the UK.

We know the unknown can be scary, that’s why we’re trying to demystify what happens at our groups 👌

At our groups there’s NO pressure and NO judgement. You can take it all at your own pace.

If you don’t feel like talking that session, simply pass our talking ball along.

Open to any man 18+, our groups run nationwide and online every Monday 7-9PM (except bank holidays).

📢 Stalking Awareness Day

Stalking is a serious and deeply distressing crime, and the scale of it is stark.

🔸 1 in 5 women in England and Wales have experienced stalking.
🔸 Here in Merseyside, 60% of women report living in fear of being stalked, as revealed through a local survey of more than 4,000 women and girls.

Today, we’re shining a light on the impact stalking has on women and girls and reaffirming our commitment to protect and support those affected.

Through our joint campaign we’re working to:

✔️ Bring offenders to justice
✔️ Improve reporting routes
✔️ Raise awareness of the ‘red flags’
✔️ Ensure specialist support is available for anyone impacted by stalking or harassment

No one should live in fear.

If you’re worried about stalking, for yourself or someone else, please report it, speak up, and seek help. You are not alone.

An important reminder that abuse takes many forms.
No form of abuse is acceptable.

If you are experiencing any form of physical or emotional abuse, contact me for a free 30 minute consultation.

If you are in immediate risk or danger, call 999 and ask for the Police. Your local Domestic abuse service can provide help and support to help you to find a place of safety.

Domestic abuse is much more than just physical abuse - there are many types which can all have a detrimental impact.

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic abuse, it's important you reach out for help.
We have trained staff who can support victims of domestic abuse, of any sort.
