Yoga in the Stars was born as a vision for realigning with our "cosmic constitution”. The innate desire to connect with the true self, and live a life more fulfilled. Yoga in the Stars is an inclusive space for you to experience coming together for the health, wellness and happiness that is your birthright. We share yogic philosophy, movement, mindfulness, breath, mindset and energy as we seek the full breadth of the human experience. A place to expanded the natural horizon within your personal journey. With support from powerful, holistic modalities, 1-1 sessions, psychosynthesis coaching, health-centric awareness, nutritional recipe sharing, and traditional and progressive, perhaps even avant-garde concepts and ideas. As well as a community of new friends to support you on your journey in towards destiny.

Yoga in the Stars facilitates out of the East London location, with the Star Group, at The Heathcote and Star, Leytonstone. And also holds regular weekend retreats, with friends outside of London, bringing nature and community closer as a lifestyle.

Join us for a deeply nourishing, transformative evening of Nature’s Rhythm yoga to the sound of live drum and flute, followed by meditation and a soothing sound-bath in restful Savasana with Ihridaya.

Fireborn is a personal approach to yoga by Luke, combining practices that have served to bring him into alignment and connection. Luke will be joining us for the next 8 weeks or so, sharing his personal practice each week and also joining for collaborative happenings, weaving asana, soundscapes, voice, kriya and pranayama as pathways for personal connection.
