Most people don’t realise that lower back pain or even sciatica often doesn’t start in the spine… it starts in tight, overloaded muscles.
These “knots” create constant tension, reduce blood flow and can irritate nearby nerves. That’s why the pain keeps coming back, even if you rest or stretch. In this video you can see how targeted pressure is used to find and release the exact point of tension. The redness is a normal response — it means circulation is improving and the tissue is finally starting to recover.
I don’t guess where the problem is. I find it, and I treat it properly. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable, but that’s exactly why it works.
If your back feels constantly tight, stiff or painful — don’t ignore it. It usually gets worse, not better.
