Today marks exactly one year since I opened the door to my treatment room on Sandford Street and what a journey it’s been!

I just want to say a massive thank you to every single client who trusted me with their recovery, rehabilitation, and pain management over the past 12 months. Whether you came for long-term injury care, post-surgery support, or to finally deal with that one area of tension that never quite went away – I see you, and I’m grateful.
